To make your visit easy, here is a list of frequent questions, and their answers.

What are the health mesures taken for the show?

The producer of the night stroll is not responsible for the sanitary measures. We will follow the governmental guidelines and abide by the official instructions regarding the health of all visitors.

When shall we arrive for the visit?

The gates open at 7.30pm. The last entry is at 11pm. You can come whenever you want in this time period.  We strongly recommend that you come and enjoy the show after dark!

How do we reach the Mont-Saint-Michel?

There are several car parks around the Mont.

Then, you have two possibilities:

-          Walk to the Mont-Saint-Michel

-          Take a shelter (every 15 minutes)

The shelter is free, not the car parks.

 

Can we pay with vacation coupons?

Vacation coupons are not allowed for the payment.

 

What are the necessary conditions to get a reduced rate ticket?

For whom is the group price?

Groupe price is for group from 6 people or more. It is only available online. We do not offer group price on site.

 

What are the conditions for people with reduced mobility?

The visit is in the Abbey, at the summit of the Mont-Saint-Michel. Therefore, it is not available for people with reduced mobility.

 

Should we book online or on site?

We recommend you to book online in advance.

An on-site box office is opened every day.

 

Should we book a ticket for children under 7?

Tickets are free for children under 7 but you still have to book a free ticket.

 

Can we book a ticket for the Abbey by day and come to the stroll with the same ticket?

There is no combined tickets for the visit by day and the night stroll.

 

If an unexpected event occurs, do we have a refund?

Tickets are neither exchangeable or refundable.

 

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are not allowed inside the Mont-Saint-Michel Abbey.

 

Are strollers allowed inside the castle?

Strollers are not allowed inside the Abbey.  

 

Can we bring a tripod to take pictures/to film?

Tripods are not allowed.

 

Can we come with a backpack?

Backpacks are allowed but will be searched at the entrance.

 

If there is no place available online the night I want to come, can I buy onsite?

Unfortunately, if there is no place available online, it means we are sold out for the night. Please, select another night.
